Tucked away in the heart of Shaldon, 25 Middle Street is a spacious and welcoming holiday home, full of character and just a very short stroll from the village beach, waterfront, cafés, pubs and independent shops.

Sympathetically refurbished while retaining its original feel, the house has lovely high ceilings throughout, generous-sized rooms and plenty of space for a family or friends to relax and enjoy this popular South Devon village. With entrances from both Middle Street and Arch Street, it is ideally positioned for making the most of everything Shaldon has to offer.

The main entrance is from Middle Street, where guests will also find the key safe for easy self-check-in. Stepping inside, the ground-floor hallway has attractive terracotta tiled flooring, which continues through to the kitchen. There is useful storage beneath the stairs, along with hanging space for coats, and an iron and ironing board are provided.

The well-equipped kitchen has a dining table and seating for four, making it a lovely place to enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out for the day. There is an electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, under-counter fridge and separate under-counter freezer, together with a cafetière for that all-important morning coffee.

The comfortable sitting room is a lovely space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the South Devon coast. A large window with shutters overlooks Middle Street, while the room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, double sofa and two comfortable chairs. There is a Freeview TV and an electric log-effect fire, perfect for cosy evenings at home.

Upstairs are two generously sized bedrooms. The first is a large twin bedroom overlooking Arch Street, with plenty of storage including a built-in wardrobe with additional storage above, a freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedside tables, lamps and a mirror complete the room.

The second bedroom is a spacious and attractive king-size room overlooking Middle Street. With floorboards, a wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, chest of drawers, bedside furniture and a TV, it provides a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

The family bathroom has a Mira Sport electric shower, WC and wash basin, together with a heated towel rail.
