Step into the apartment via the entrance to the right of the main building, with one step down into the property. Inside you'll find a bright and spacious sitting room with lovely views towards the River Teign and estuary. Stretch out on the large sofa after a day by the sea, put your feet up with the comfy chair and pouffe, and enjoy cosy evenings beside the feature fireplace with its log-effect electric fire. There's WiFi and a TV too, making it just as welcoming on cooler evenings as sunny summer days.

The dining room has a warm, homely feel with an oak dining table and vintage dresser, and looks through the conservatory towards the rear courtyard. The conservatory opens onto a private enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture — ideal for your morning coffee, a lazy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for an easy holiday stay, including an induction hob, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine and plenty of storage space.

The master bedroom is a lovely place to wake up, with views across the River Teign and estuary. It features a king-size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and plenty of storage. From the kitchen area, one step leads up to the second bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed, two wardrobes, its own TV and views over the courtyard.

The large tiled shower room has a spacious double shower with a Mira Sport shower, along with a heated towel rail, sink and WC.

One of the best things about Beachfront Apartment is its location. Shaldon Beach, the estuary and riverside are literally moments away. Walk along the water, watch the boats come and go or catch the little passenger ferry across to Teignmouth for a traditional seaside day out.

There are plenty of beaches nearby too. Shaldon Beach is right on your doorstep, while beautiful Ness Cove Beach can be reached through Shaldon's famous Smugglers Tunnel. Across the water, Teignmouth offers a classic sandy beach and promenade, and Dawlish Warren is perfect for long walks and family beach days.

If you're feeling more adventurous, there are plenty of things to do nearby. Try paddleboarding on the estuary, explore the South West Coast Path, visit the local zoo, enjoy crab fishing by the river or head further afield for a day on Dartmoor.
