The Coach House has been architecturally designed and completed to the highest possible standard in one of the most enviable locations in the heart of the village on Riverside. Curved oak staircase with rope balustrade (not suitable for children under 8) leading to the fully equipped Neptune Solid Wood designer kitchen, which has a central island incorporating plug sockets; Neff double oven, induction hob, integrated washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, microwave & large fridge freezer.

Large open plan living room with feature gas fire and panoramic 180 degree view of the estuary and sea. Two three seater settees and a dining table to seat six.
