Just a minute's walk from the village centre, this apartment is ideally located for exploring Shaldon’s charming streets, local pubs, and eateries. The living room features a cosy Georgian fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the scenic surroundings. A well-equipped kitchen has all you need for dining in, including a Bosch washer/dryer and a NEFF gas hob.

On the second floor, the property includes a comfortable living room with panoramic estuary views, a third bedroom with a single bed, and a dining area that seats six. Upstairs, the main double bedroom provides ample storage, while a cosy second bedroom features a single bed. The bathroom includes a corner bath with a handheld shower, ensuring a relaxing end to the day.

Stayed in the manor House on many occasions in the past. Ideal location with adjacent parking and outstanding views. Comfortable accommodation providing all basic needs.with excellent service from Cottages Southwest.

We had a wonderful stay in the lovely Manor House in beautiful shaldon. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4 giving us all the space we needed. The apartment is really well fitted out with all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. But the best part is the stunning view you can enjoy from the lounge. We will definitely be back.
