Stayed here a number of times over the years. Excellent location with parking which is a luxury in Shaldon. Great views over the estuary. Small but has everything you need. Short walk to all amenities. Already booked next year!
Always a pleasure to stay at Flat 4, Manor House. Enjoyed ourselves as before, just relishing the lovely laid back atmosphere of Shaldon and the splendid views across the Teign estuary. Had pleasant trips to Dartmouth, Torquay and Powderham Castle. Thoroughly recommended.
Our second visit to Apt 4, Manor House this year (fourth overall) so we must love it there...and we do. A real home from home with those unrivalled views of the Teign estuary. Can't wait to return.
This was our second stay at Apt 4, Manor House and thoroughly enjoyable again. It is a lovely apartment, well appointed with superb views across the Teign estuary. We spent lots of time in Shaldon - its two tearooms are excellent - as well as visiting Brixham, Paignton, Dawlish and Powderham Castle. I'm a bit of a runner too and did Teignmouth Parkrun, staged on the promenade. We home to come back to Manor House again soon.

Flat 4 is a well appointed apartment with outstanding views overlooking the beach, the harbour and the Teign Estuary. A comfortably ,furnished lounge diner has a single sofa bed and an integral kitchen with all modern appliances. A large bedroom overlooking the rear of the property has a double bed and is next to the bathroom with walk in shower which it as good as ensuite. Over the road is parking for one car which is yards from the beach and just a short walk to the centre of the village. Ideal holiday accommodation for a couple or small family
Well Flat4 Manor House, what can I say! I have the known this flat for over 50 years on and off and still get excited at the prospect of staying there. The flat is small but well appointed, ideal for couples in a supurb location with lovely views across Salty to Teignmouth with off road parking which during busy periods is all but essential.
