We stay in Shaldon very often and this apartment suits us fine, Staff are very helpful, office is only 50 yards away. If you have a large car, entrance to parking is quite narrow, but not difficult with care.
The apartment was nicely decorated, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The parking was fine as it was quiet however it would be more challenging later in the season when all the other flats are occupied.Staff provided excellent, friendly service.
A lovely apartment, as others have said. Small problem with basin wastes sorted promptly. Cottages SW staff most helpful and friendly. As mentioned elsewhere, access to parking space is quite tight: the slate tiles on the railings side overlap the wall and are all too easy to scrape/lift/break - the owner next door accepted my cheque with good grace... Definitely want to come again.

It is very difficult to find genuine wheelchair friendly accommodation particularly in popular seaside spots. Osborne 2 is fabulous. 2 bed 2 bath beautiful sitting dining and with parking! Managed by a charming family run business. You really will love it.
We stayed a week in this very comfortable, excellently presented apartment in the truly delightful village of Shaldon. The agency staff were just up the road and were themselves customer focussed and very friendly. Everything in the apartment was really good. Clean, modern and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the maritime knick-knacks which give the apartment a real Devon flavour. There is passing traffic both on foot and vehicles but this didn't affect our enjoyment. Visitors need to be aware that the parking access is very narrow (Our Rav had 4-5 inches spare each side) and it being one apartment of six there may be other vehicles which make parking quite tight. Some noise may be transmitted by other residents. Our only suggestions to the agents are 1. The freezer needs defrosting and 2. several lamps need replacement, especially on the cooker hood. But these small things in no way detracted from a really good value "Devon Cottage". CottagesSW are highly recommended and are a model of a holiday letting agency.
Booked apartment 2 for a short break and not regretted at all. A lovely flat in an ideal location and the parking space is a bonus as street parking is very limited. Only a short walk to the estuary and the pubs. Will definitely book again .

We had another lovely stay in this lovely flat and now the bed has been changed in the 2nd bedroom it really was ideal for our family. We had everything we needed for our two week stay and we will be booking again for next year.
